CEFC invests in solar projects totaling 1 GW

Since 2013, Australian Clean Energy Finance Company (CEFC) has invested in 1 GW of solar projects in 20 large-scale projects with a total investment of 898 million Australian dollars (about 689 million U.S. dollars).

The director of CEFC's large-scale solar project said, "Increasing the amount of electricity generated by renewable energy in the power structure is essential for the Australian economy to achieve net zero emissions in the second half of this century."

1GW Renewable Energy Project CHAN Sheng's clean energy is enough to power about 375,000 homes and reduce carbon emissions by about 1.8 million tons a year.

 

Overall, CEFC investment-backed projects are located in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia in Australia.

 

In 2017, the Australian renewable energy industry is committed to investing in 50 major projects with a total capacity of 4,670 megawatts and a total investment of A $ 9.3 billion.
