 The vast majority of wall bushings currently used In power system are oil-filed capacitance bushing with porcelain shell while a few are relatively dry bushing the external insulation is silicone rubber and internal capacitance core is rolled by insulation film and aluminum foil coated with silicon oil.Due to the limitation in design thought, material utilization and technological equipment, these bushing has inherent defects including oil spill pollution, weak mechanical strength ,low sealing property and antifouling property, explosive that endangers personal safety and equipment safety, etc. Thus they can no longer meet the operating requirement of miniaturization, oil-free, no (little) maintenance and high reliability for high voltage electric products raised by power department. 


The overseas dry wall apply epoxy resin impregnated paper capacitance core as major insulation ,with porcelain shell or hollow composite insulator installed outside to bear mechanical loading and serve as external insulation, and cream of silicone grease kind filled between major insulation and external insulation .This kind of bushing has better property than oil-filled capacitance bushing with porcelain shell, but the customers would flinch at the lengthy delivery period, high price and Imperfect after service.
